At first, I felt a phantom itch to check my phone every few minutes. But by Day 3, I noticed I was more present in conversations and even slept better<\/a>. Unplugging gave me mental space to reflect, read, and reconnect\u2014with myself and the people around me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
